We build learning that changes what people do — not just what they know.
We design and develop e-learning courses for companies, corporate universities, L&D teams, and learning providers — from the first idea and course structure to a finished product ready to launch in your LMS.
Every project starts differently. Ours adapts to where yours begins.
Sometimes there's just an idea. Sometimes it's a 200-slide presentation. Sometimes the course already exists but is long overdue for an update. We meet the project where it is.
Build from scratch
New learning, developed from the ground up around a real business need.
Redesign what exists
Outdated content brought up to standard without starting over.
Turn documents into courses
Presentations, PDFs, and recordings made into interactive learning.
Localize for new markets
Text, graphics, audio, and cultural context adapted for a new audience.
Build simulations
Scenario-based practice for situations where mistakes are costly.
Add gamification
Points, levels, and achievements layered onto existing courses.
We take ownership of the process, so you don't have to manage it.
You get a clear plan, an agreed timeline, and a product ready to launch — without having to run the project yourself.
Brief
A brief helps us understand the task faster and estimate the project more precisely. If you don't have one, or aren't sure how to put it together, we'll help — over a call or in writing, we'll talk through your goal, audience, and constraints, and shape it into something we can work with.
Questions about the goal
We build learning products, but not every business problem is solved by training. We ask questions to confirm learning is genuinely the right tool for your task — not just the familiar way to close it. If the real issue is process or motivation, we'll say so plainly.
Diagnosis
We assess the real scope and complexity — not in minutes of course, but in what it will actually take: how much scenario work is needed, what level of interactivity, and whether there are constraints from your existing LMS, brand, or materials.
Proposal
Before work begins, you get our vision for solving the problem: how we'd structure the course, what stages it includes, the timeline, and a fixed price. You decide with the full picture in hand — no surprises later.
Development
Work moves through agreed review points, so you see progress along the way, not just a finished result at the end. At each point you can give feedback, which we fold in within the agreed scope before continuing.
Delivery
We hand over the finished product with all source files and, where useful, recommendations for developing the learning further — even beyond the current project.
A steady rhythm, not constant availability
We don't reply instantly at any hour, but we keep a predictable pace — you'll hear from us within one business day.
A problem is never a reason to go quiet
If something isn't going to plan, we tell you in advance, together with a proposed solution — not after the fact.
Updates without reminders
You get regular updates on project progress without needing to ask us for them.
We don't offer one-size-fits-all solutions.
Not sure which service fits your project? Tell us what you're trying to achieve, and we'll suggest the most suitable approach — even if it doesn't fit neatly into a category.
Development from scratch
The full cycle — needs analysis, instructional design, scripting, visual design, interactive build, and testing — for a course designed around a specific business need.
Content upgrade & redesign
We strengthen the structure and instructional design and refresh the visual style and interactions, while preserving valuable expert content.
Localization & translation
Text, graphics, audio, and video adapted for new markets, using modern AI-assisted translation alongside professional translators when needed.
Interactive learning from static content
Presentations, PDFs, manuals, and recordings turned into interactive modules that hold attention and support real application.
Microlearning
Focused 5–15 minute modules built around one skill or situation — ideal for onboarding, updates, and mobile learning.
Expert learning product audit
An independent review of instructional approach, UX, visual design, and assessment quality, with prioritized recommendations.
Simulations & scenario-based learning
Branching scenarios where learners make decisions and see the consequences, for situations where mistakes carry real cost.
Technical project recovery
If a published Web or SCORM version still exists, we can recover the project to make it editable again — no full rebuild needed.
Learning gamification
Points, levels, achievements, and badges added to an existing course without rebuilding its structure.
Corporate templates
Reusable template libraries aligned with your brand, so internal teams can build and update courses faster.
Accessibility & WCAG
Screen reader support, keyboard navigation, contrast improvements, and other adjustments for international accessibility standards.
LMS integration
We diagnose SCORM and xAPI issues and fix tracking, display, or progress problems in your platform.
Post-delivery support
We store source files and can update the course quickly when your product or process changes.
We price complexity, not learning minutes.
Two 15-minute courses can require completely different amounts of work. A linear compliance course and an interactive simulation with dozens of scenarios call for very different levels of design, development, and testing — so that's what we price on.

If your budget is limited
Not every project needs the highest level of interactivity. We'll suggest several approaches and help you see which elements genuinely affect the learning outcome — and which can be simplified without losing quality. Our goal isn't to grow the budget, but to find the most effective solution within it.
These figures give you a sense of typical budget levels and aren't a formal quote. Once we understand your project, you'll receive a fixed price, timeline, and clear scope before development begins.
A few patterns we reach for — and why.
Not every project needs a case study to explain the thinking behind it. These are patterns we use often, and the problems they actually solve. Tap one to open it.
Practising a difficult conversation before it happens for real
A messenger-style simulator where employees talk to a virtual character and see their decisions play out.
The problem
Difficult conversations are usually taught through a lecture or a list of rules — which gives people knowledge, not skill. Someone can repeat every principle and still freeze in a real exchange, because a real person doesn't follow a script.
What we build
A conversation with a virtual character in a familiar format — a work chat, messenger, or support ticket — that branches based on what the learner says, with real consequences for each choice.
A knowledge check that can't be passed by guessing
A yes/no test becomes a branching story, where every answer leads down its own path.
The problem
Learners quickly work out that a yes/no test is guessable — try one option, then the other. The test gets completed, but whether anyone actually understood the material stays unclear.
What we build
Each answer leads not to a checkmark, but to a short scene showing what happens next as a result of that choice — so learners have to think, not guess.
Turning a decision tree into something people can actually use
A flowchart people read once and forget becomes a sequence of real decisions they practise.
The problem
Companies often already have a well-defined process or flowchart. It's read once during onboarding, saved to a folder, and forgotten — knowing it exists doesn't mean anyone can use it under pressure.
What we build
Learners follow the algorithm as a series of decisions, choosing an action at each step and seeing where it leads — the same path they'd take for real, without the real cost of a mistake.
Flashcards, built for what the standard tool won't allow
A custom review format for when the authoring tool's card component is too restrictive to use.
The problem
Standard authoring tools often limit a flashcard to short text, with no room for a larger image, video, or interaction — so teams either drop a format that fits, or simplify the content to match the tool.
What we build
Cards built from scratch around what the content actually needs, rather than what the default component happens to support.
A small, family-run studio for corporate e-learning.
We deliberately keep our team small. It lets us stay personally involved in every project, decide quickly, and hold the quality of the work throughout.
Busy Capybara is Natalia and Alexander — a family who's worked in corporate learning for years. We didn't set out to open another agency; we brought our experience together under one name, so we could take full ownership of projects and answer for their results.
We personally lead every project and stay your main point of contact from the first conversation to the final handover. When a project calls for specialised expertise, we bring in trusted partners we've worked with for years — voice-over artists, illustrators, designers, translators, localisation agencies — building the right team for the task, without losing the personal involvement and single quality standard that hold a project together.
Why "Busy Capybara"
A capybara is a symbol of calm — hard to picture rushing or losing its composure. That's how we see our approach: no unnecessary noise, no chaos, no promises we can't keep.
"Busy" is the other half. Behind that calm exterior is a lot of work — analysis, discussion, dozens of small decisions that add up to a good product.
Let's talk about your project.
Even if it's still just an idea, we'll help you work out where to start, suggest possible approaches, and give you a clear cost estimate.
